MINDFUL EROTIC PRACTICE COACHING

As a Somatic Sex Educator in training, I have the experience to guide you towards cultivating a solo erotic practice that is nourishing, generative and empowering. Together we can co-create and design rituals for enhancing your orgasmic capacity. Do you have a longing to integrate more body-based techniques like breath work, sound and movement? Perhaps a desire to incorporate toys or more intentional space around how you play ? Or maybe you would enjoy being witnessed and verbally affirmed. Whatever is inspiring change within you is welcome and I am thrilled to be a resource on this journey of exploration.

Coaching sessions involve filling out an intake form to clarify intentions and goals. The first session is an hour so we have adequate time to go over the intake. Every session includes home-play assignments and a follow up email.
